Taking a leaf out of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s motion towards criminals, the Madhya Pradesh authorities continued to cope with an iron hand and demolished three homes of the accused in a gangrape case in Sheopur on Sunday.
The administration group aided by native police ran bulldozers on three homes and standing crops belonging to the three accused, Collector Sheopur stated in a tweet with movies of the demolition.
The three accused- Mohsin, Riyaz and Shehbaz had been held for gangraping a 17-year-old tribal lady on March 17.
After receiving orders from Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan earlier within the day, the administration swung into motion and demolished the homes of the accused arrested in a sexual assault case. A heavy police pressure was deployed within the village to maintain regulation and order in verify.
After the administration arrived on the close by Polytechnic School, the group destroyed the standing wheat crop in farmland belonging to one of many accused within the case.
The motion comes two days after the minor lady had gone to a close-by forest space near Rampura Dang locality with a male pal. The three accused waylaid them, overpowered the male pal and raped the lady earlier than fleeing the spot. The lady later went to the police station and accused the three youths of raping her. A case was booked below the POCSO Act and the three had been arrested shortly.
Individually, Chief Minister Chouhan had ordered the demolition of homes belonging to criminals who blatantly disregarded the regulation and order in Bhopal, Indore and a number of other different districts.
