NEW DELHI: A Delhi-Doha flight of Qatar Airways made an emergency touchdown in Pakistan on Monday following smoke within the cargo maintain of the plane. The flights, QR 579, landed safely in Karachi and now the airline is making alternate preparations to fly passengers to Doha.
“Qatar Airways flight QR579 from Delhi to Doha on March 21 diverted to Karachi having declared an emergency as a result of indication of smoke detected within the cargo maintain.
